Pokémon 30th Celebration Fair Access Preorder Policy

To give more collectors and players a fair opportunity to purchase this limited release, Spartan Sports Cards is applying the following conditions to every Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration preorder.

One Item Per Customer

Each customer may preorder one single item total from the entire Pokémon TCG: 30th Celebration release.

This is not a limit of one of each product. Customers must choose one product and may purchase only one unit from the complete release.

Multiple orders placed by or for the same customer may be identified using the customer’s name, email address, phone number, billing information, payment method, pickup information, or other order details.

If multiple products or orders are submitted, Spartan Sports Cards reserves the right to:

• Cancel items until the customer’s purchase meets the one-item limit; or

• Cancel all associated orders without fulfillment.

Any order canceled by Spartan Sports Cards will be refunded to the original payment method.

Factory-Seal Policy

At the standard preorder price, the product’s outer factory seal will be cut by a Spartan Sports Cards team member at pickup. Booster packs and all contents inside the product will remain unopened.

Customers who want their product to remain completely factory sealed may choose to pay an additional $100 sealed-product fee at pickup.

This policy supports fair access for customers who intend to open and enjoy the product while discouraging purchases made primarily for immediate resale.

Customer Agreement

By placing a preorder, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• The limit is one total item from the entire release.

• Duplicate or limit-evading orders may be partially or entirely canceled.

• The product’s outer factory seal will be cut at pickup unless the additional $100 sealed-product fee is paid.

• The product is available for local pickup at Spartan Sports Cards in Chippewa Falls.
